30-Min Consultation
FREE

Consultations are held virtually (Google Meet) or by phone. We talk about your hopes for coaching, go over any questions you may have, and decide together if I am the right fit for your needs.  A consultation is required before coaching can begin.

For Guardians:
The youth you're seeking coaching for must attend the consultation. If they aren't present, we'll reschedule for a time when they're available.

Additional Consultations:
If you wish to have multiple consultations (e.g. with a family member, employer sponsoring coaching), it is $75/consultation.

Coaching Packages

Coaching sessions are 50 mins, held virtually (Google Meet) or by phone, and scheduled at a weekly recurring day/time. Youth packages include some additional services for family support.

An initial three month commitment is required. Due to the nature of coaching, it takes time and consistency to see results. When your package ends, you can renew for a length of time that makes sense for your coaching goals.

You may end coaching at any time if it is not right for you. There is a cancelation fee for ending your package early, and then any unused session fees after that will be refunded to you.

Adult Weekly Coaching

3 Months (12 Sessions)
$1500
($500/mo.)

Ideal for adult clients with specific or project-related goals, exploring and understanding a new ADHD diagnosis, parents developing positive ADHD parenting skills, ongoing life coaching, etc. This package includes:

12 x Weekly Coaching Sessions (50 mins)
Held virtually (Google Meet) or by phone. Sessions are scheduled weekly at a recurring day/time.

Fees are automatically billed monthly for 3 months, with first payment due before coaching begins. 

One-Time Coaching Session
$150/session

One-time coaching sessions are 50 mins, held virtually (Google Meet) or by phone, for established clients who wish to revisit coaching goals, revitalize their motivation and celebrate progress, or seek additional parent consultations.

Eugene, OR clients only:
These one-time coaching sessions can be used for home visits in addition to your weekly coaching. They will have an additional travel fee, to be agreed upon before the session.

Youth Packages

Middle/High School Support
$525/month 

(minimum commitment: one school term)

Middle & high school students get consistent and reliable support throughout the school calendar year, along with opportunities for guardians to get resources and information about ADHD that will better help them support their youth. 

This package includes:

Planning & Prep Session (50 mins)
Meet 1-2 weeks before school/term starts to set goals, think ahead, and help you begin the year with confidence.

Weekly Coaching (50 mins each)
We meet throughout your school year, excluding holidays and breaks (number of weeks varies between schools). We check in on your goals, highlight your successes and skills, and develop strategies for tackling challenges.

Post-Year Reflection Session (50 mins)
After the year is complete, we meet to discuss your strengths, skills and all you have learned, and reflect on ways you can take that learning into the future.

Monthly Guardian Updates (30 mins each)
These optional meetings are offered to help guardians stay connected with the coaching process and get resource support for positive ADHD parenting strategies.

Summer Check-Ins (50 mins)
Want to continue coaching next year? Keep connected as you navigate the changes of summer schedules, and get support in avoiding the end-of-summer scramble to return to school.

College Students

University Full Year (Fall-Spring)
$500/month

Get year-long support with planning for the term workload, balancing school and life responsibilities, and practicing healthy self-care. This package includes:

Pre-Term Planning & Post-Term Reflection (50 mins each)
Meet before and after each term to reflect on challenges and strengths, and plan out strategies that will set you up for success on your academic journey.

Weekly Coaching Sessions (50 mins each)
Coaching begins with the term and continues throughout the instructional weeks, excluding breaks and holidays.  Get support with planning, scheduling, and balancing schoolwork with self-care and life responsibilities.

6 x Coaching & Co-Working Sessions (50 mins each)*
Schedule these during the busy weeks of term when you need more support getting started and focusing. Clarify your immediate study goals, plan out a work strategy, and get encouragement to keep a positive and productive mindset. *This is not academic tutoring. Limit 3 per semester / 2 per quarter.
